The reason why the circuit breaker does not close is in various aspects, such as the operation mode is not good when closing, the quality of the closing female phase voltage is not up to the regulations, the control circuit is disconnected and its equipment failure, but specifically there are two levels of reasons: one is the common fault of the secondary circuit of electrical equipment, and the other is the common fault of the organization of the power switch and the operation organization.


When the circuit breaker is refused, as the operation staff should be able to distinguish the common fault of the secondary circuit of electrical equipment or the equipment failure of the operating organization, and the key to distinguish the two is to see the red and green lights, the flashing transition status and the posture of the closing AC contactor and the closing transformer core.


(1) When the control switch is twisted to the "closing" part, the traffic light does not change, the green light is still flashing and the red light is not on, the closing ammeter is not shaking, and the sound horn sounds.


(2) When the control switch is twisted to the "closing" part, the green light is off, the red light is not on, and the control switch returns to the "after closing" part, the red and green lights are not lit, and the safety accident speaker data signal is given, which indicates that the power switch is not closed at all, it is very likely that during operation, the operation of commercial insurance melt or poor contact phenomenon, if the safety accident speaker data signal is not given, the closing galvanometer is marked with shaking, and there is also a load current on the route, and the mechanical equipment is also "closed" If the above situation occurs, the operation staff should cut off the circuit breaker and clear the common fault, and close it again.


(3) When the control switch is twisted to the "closing" part, the green light is turned off and then re-lit or flashing, and the closing galvanometer of the smart electric circuit breaker is shaking, which is likely to have two levels for this reason: one is that the closing power supply voltage is too low, resulting in the operation organization can not mention the power switch raising rod, and the posture of the transmission mechanism is not completed, and the other is that the operating mechanism is not well adjusted, such as the closing transformer core overtravel or insufficient buffer gap, and the closing transformer core small chain is not well adjusted.
